Задание: Your friend Sarah is thinking about starting a small business. Give her advice on how to get started.

Шаг 1. Приветствие и понимание ситуации

Цель: Обратитесь к человеку по имени, покажите понимание его ситуации и задайте дружелюбный тон. На это уйдёт около 10 секунд.

Грамматический приём: Present Progressive для контекста

Формула: I'm glad you're + [verb-ing]...

Эта конструкция сразу показывает, что Вы понимаете ситуацию собеседника, и создаёт тёплый, участливый тон.

Варианты:

Шаг 2. Три совета — основная часть
